The software arm of EnterAndGo

Software shaped around the process you already run

We are a development team inside a manufacturing company. We build web and mobile apps, automation and 3D configurators — and we keep them running in production ourselves. We start from your process, not from a template.

Start with the everyday

Does any of this sound like your company?

Hardly anyone goes looking for "a system". People go looking for relief in the few places that cost them time and nerves every day. If three of these look familiar, you have a problem software can solve.

Quotes come out of a spreadsheet only one person understands

That person takes a week off and the quotes wait. The formulas grew over years and nobody remembers where the 1.17 multiplier came from.

Order status is checked by phone

A customer asks "when will it be ready?" and the answer takes two calls and a walk to the shop floor. By then they have asked again.

The same data gets retyped several times

Email, spreadsheet, work order, invoice. Somewhere around the fourth retype, 1180 turns into 1810.

Stock levels only add up on paper

Material issued "quickly" never got logged anywhere. The shortage shows up on the morning assembly was supposed to start.

You do not really know what makes money

Margin on a job is worked out afterwards, from memory rather than from data. The most expensive customer is often the one you like most.

The shop floor runs on paper

The job sheet is printed in the morning, changes are added in pen, and the photos stay on the foreman’s phone where nobody will find them.

None of this happens because people work badly. It happens because the process lives in people’s heads and in files instead of in a tool. That can be fixed — usually for less than you would expect.

The price of the status quo

What "it works somehow" actually costs

Not having a system never sends you an invoice, which is why it is easy to miss. The bill arrives anyway — in three places at once.

Time that disappears into retyping

Moving data between email, spreadsheet and work order is hours billed at full rate that add nothing to the product or to the quote.

Mistakes that surface at the worst moment

A wrong dimension in a spreadsheet costs a minute. The same dimension in a finished part costs material, machine hours and the delivery date — sometimes the customer too.

Enquiries that never came back

A quote sent after three days loses to one sent after an hour, even when it is the better quote. That cost never shows up in any report.

roi.calc

Run the numbers on your own figures

Three sliders, that is all. No email required, nothing is sent anywhere — the result is calculated in your browser.

Hours per year

0 h

Per year in labour cost

0 PLN

Let us talk about those hours

These are your numbers, not ours — a rough estimate, not a quote. You rarely recover all of it, but even half of that figure answers whether this is worth a conversation.

An honest comparison

Four routes. Not all of them lead to us.

Not every problem needs software written from scratch. Before you send an enquiry, see when a cheaper route is perfectly good enough.

Spreadsheets and email

Cheapest

Makes sense when

The process is simple, one person runs it and there are a handful of orders a week. A spreadsheet is an honest, sensible tool for that.

Breaks down when

Three people edit the same file, there is no change history, and nobody understands the formulas well enough to touch them safely.

Off-the-shelf software

Fast to deploy

Makes sense when

Your process is standard: invoicing, online retail, a simple CRM. There is no point writing something you can rent by the month.

Breaks down when

You start bending the company to fit the software, you pay per user, and you cannot get your own data out in one piece.

A large software house

Large scale

Makes sense when

The project is long, the budget is big, and the company needs a formal tender, a team of a dozen people and full documentation.

Breaks down when

You need one person who genuinely knows your process, and moving a single button takes two weeks to approve.

Custom-built software

This is what we do

Makes sense when

Your process is your advantage and nothing off the shelf handles it. You want to own the code, the data and the cloud accounts.

Breaks down when

A well-organised spreadsheet or a ready-made system would solve it — in which case we will say so instead of writing code for the sake of it.

If the analysis shows an existing tool solves your problem for less, we will say so and tell you which one. There is no sense selling someone a project they do not need.

Scope of work

What exactly we build

One team from the first conversation through to maintenance. No subcontractors you cannot reach, and no handing the project between companies.

Web applications and portals

The panel your team actually works in: quotes, orders, stock, permissions and reports. Runs in the browser, with nothing to install on every machine.

Mobile applications

An app for people on the shop floor and in the field — iOS and Android from one codebase. Photos, barcode scanning, signatures, offline work and sync once signal returns.

Process automation

The work somebody clicks through by hand today: copying data, generating PDFs, sending emails, building reports. A script does it every night and never forgets.

System integrations

Connecting what you already have: accounting, ERP, online shop, couriers, spreadsheets. Data moves on its own, without CSV exports and manual pasting.

Cloud and infrastructure

Setup and operation on Azure, Google Cloud or Firebase: backups, monitoring, permissions and costs under control. The accounts are opened in your company name.

AI solutions

Language models where they genuinely cut work: reading orders out of emails and PDFs, product descriptions, searching documentation, first-pass ticket triage.

3D configurators

A made-to-measure product configurator in the browser. Customers set dimensions and options, inspect the model from every angle and send the finished configuration through for a quote.

Websites that sell

A company site and multilingual product presentation: fast loading, technical SEO and a measurable funnel — you know which campaign brought the enquiry.

Audit and consulting

You do not have to start with a project. We can walk your process step by step first and tell you what is worth automating and what is better left alone.

Our work

What we built and keep running

We do not talk about capabilities in theory. Below are three things we designed, wrote and maintain ourselves — two products under our own brand and one deployment for a company in the group.

Prodvero

by EnterAndGo Tech

In production

Manufacturing Management Platform

From lead to production.

The problem

Quotes in spreadsheets, job sheets on paper, timber consumption reconciled from memory — and nobody knew what a single job really cost.

A management system for manufacturing companies — from the first customer enquiry, through quoting and orders, all the way to material accounting on the shop floor. A web portal for the office and a mobile app for production staff.

What it does

  • Customer base, offers with a wood pricing calculator and PDF generation
  • Orders, component warehouse and analytics in one place
  • Mobile app: assigned jobs, timber consumption logging with photos, work schedule
  • Offline mode with an operation queue and automatic sync
  • User roles: employee, manager, administrator

Radius

by EnterAndGo Tech

Free

Free Geometry Tools for Woodworkers

Calculate with confidence.

The problem

Angles and compensation worked out on a scrap of paper next to the machine. One misplaced decimal means wasted material and cutting it again.

A free angle and compensation calculator for woodworking and metalworking. It turns a technical drawing into ready machine settings — no pencil-and-paper maths, no miscuts.

What it does

  • Completely free — no fees, no account required
  • Corner cuts from dimensions A, B and angle γ
  • Angles for regular polygons
  • Compensation for ruler length, blade kerf and table edge offset
  • Measurement presets and mm / inch conversion
  • PDF export of results

Company site & 3D configurators

Live

Corporate Website & 3D Configurators

Solid wood, solid web.

The problem

Every enquiry about made-to-measure furniture started with a dozen emails just to establish dimensions, variant and hardware.

The four-language company website for EnterAndGo — a maker of solid oak furniture and CNC services — with 3D product configurators built in. Customers set the dimensions themselves, pick the base, the fronts and the hardware, inspect the finished model from every angle and send their configuration straight through as a quote request. No install, no plugins, no account.

What it does

  • 3D product configurators running in the browser: dining table, coffee table and sideboard — the model is rebuilt live on every dimension change
  • The full range of options: 5 base types, 2 corner finishes, 6 front styles, 4 kinds of hardware and LED lighting
  • Showroom-grade interaction: orbit and zoom, dimensions drawn on the model, interior scenes, tap-to-open drawers and an exploded view of the structure
  • The finished configuration flows straight into the quote form and the enquiry — the customer retypes nothing and we guess nothing
  • Four language versions (PL / EN / DE / FR) and SEO optimization
  • The page paints in under a second — the 3D model only loads once the customer opens the configurator
  • A measurable sales funnel: conversions tracked from the ad click through to the sent enquiry, with campaign attribution kept for 90 days

Who builds this

Developers who have stood on a shop floor

EnterAndGo Tech is the software arm of EnterAndGo — a maker of solid oak furniture and CNC services. Before we wrote software for clients, we wrote it for ourselves.

That means we open a project with questions about your working day rather than a feature list. We know what a job sheet looks like as it moves across a workshop, what happens when the signal drops, and why nobody will ever fill in a form with twenty fields. The same team designs, codes, deploys and picks up the phone when something breaks.

Our products

EnterAndGo Tech is the brand behind our own software. Radius is a free geometry tool for the workshop. Prodvero is a management system for manufacturing companies — from lead to production.

What we work with

The stack, and what it gets you

Picking technology is not a matter of fashion. Everything below earned its place because it lowers your cost or shortens delivery.

Flutter

One codebase instead of three: iOS, Android and web from the same project. You pay for one app and get three — and they all look the same.

Python

The language of automation and integration. Ideal for the things that should happen on their own: file processing, reports, APIs and links between systems.

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft cloud where compliance matters, people sign in with a company account and data stays in a European region.

Google Cloud

Scalable data processing and machine learning. You pay for what you actually use — with no server sitting in a cupboard.

Firebase

The shortest route to a working app: authentication, a real-time database, notifications and offline mode without building a backend from scratch.

AI / ML

Language models wired into one concrete step of the work: reading documents, suggestions, classification. We deploy them where they save time, not where they sound impressive.

No surprises

What you get besides working software

The things people usually only think to ask about at the end of a project. Here they are settled up front and written into the contract.

The source code is yours

We hand over the repository with the project. You could give it to another team tomorrow and nothing would stop.

Cloud accounts in your company name

Azure, Google Cloud or Firebase are set up under your account. The bill and the access sit on your side — you are not renting access to your own data.

Documentation, not just files

An architecture overview, deployment instructions and a short user guide. Enough for an outsider to find their way around the project.

A fixed price wherever one can be set

After the analysis you know the scope, the date and the amount. A change of scope is always a separate decision, never a quiet addition to the invoice.

Contract and confidentiality in writing

We will sign an NDA before the brief if you prefer. Your data, your price lists and your recipes stay with you.

Support after launch

Going live is not the end. Response times, the scope of support and how to report issues are agreed before the system reaches your people.

Step by step

How working together looks

No surprises and no stretch where nothing is heard for three weeks. At every stage you know what you are getting and when.

1

Enquiry & brief

Write to us and we will send back a short brief form. You describe your company, the problem to solve and your expectations — in writing, at your own pace, with no phone calls. That way we know straight away whether and how we can help.

2

Analysis & planning

We walk your process step by step, point out what is worth automating, define the scope and pick the technology. The output is a description of what will be built — in plain language, not jargon.

3

Quote & contract

We present the quote, scope and delivery date. Once you approve it we sign a contract — clear terms, a payment schedule and confidentiality of your data, all in writing.

4

UX/UI design

We design the interface: mockups and a clickable prototype. You approve the look and the flow before a single line of code exists — a change at this stage costs minutes, not days.

5

Development

We build iteratively and show working versions as we go. You see progress with your own eyes, and priorities can be adjusted between stages.

6

Testing & pilot

We test features, performance, security and behaviour on the hardware your people actually use. Then the system goes to a small group before it reaches the whole company.

7

Launch & support

We deploy to production, train the team and stay on board: fixes, updates and new features on an agreed rhythm.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

We match the model to the stage you are at. The quote always comes after the analysis — we do not pull numbers out of the air before we know the scope.

Fixed-scope project

Best when

You know what needs building

Analysis, scope, deadline and a fixed price. Best when the problem is well described and the result can be defined unambiguously.

  • Fixed price after analysis
  • Schedule with milestones
  • Acceptance stage by stage

MVP and iterative build

Best when

You want to test an idea

The smallest version that genuinely solves one problem comes first. It reaches real users, collects feedback, and only then grows.

  • First working version in weeks
  • Priorities set every iteration
  • You can stop after any stage

Maintenance and evolution

Best when

You already have a system

Upkeep, fixes, updates and new features on a steady rhythm — including for software we did not write.

  • Agreed response times
  • A monthly budget of hours
  • Taking over a project from another team

Not sure which model fits? Tell us what is getting in the way — we will work it out together before any number is mentioned.

Before you ask

The questions we hear most

How much does it cost?

The honest answer: it depends on scope, and scope cannot be guessed from one sentence. So the quote comes after the analysis — with the scope, the date and a price written out so you can compare it against another offer. The analysis itself is short and commits you to nothing.

I do not have a specification. Is that a problem?

No. Almost nobody does. Describe the problem and show us how the work is done today — we will write the specification together during the analysis. It is a better starting point than a feature list copied off the internet anyway.

How long does it take?

A simple automation or integration is usually a matter of days. A mobile app or a portal in a version that genuinely reaches your people is most often a few to several weeks, depending on how many processes it covers. The date comes with the quote and we hold to it.

Will the code be mine?

Yes. The repository, the cloud accounts and the data are yours — including if we were to part ways. We do not build dependence on ourselves, because that is not how we want to earn.

We already have a system. Can it be integrated?

Usually yes. If it has an API or a data export, it can be talked to. If it does not, there is file exchange or a database-level integration — less elegant, but it works. We check this during the analysis, before promising anything.

What about our data and GDPR?

Data lives in your cloud infrastructure, in European regions by default. A data processing agreement and an NDA are standard, not an add-on. For the brief itself we need no personal data about your customers at all.

You are a small team. What if you disappear?

Which is exactly why the code, the documentation and the accounts are on your side from day one, and why we pick mainstream technology: Flutter, Python, Firebase, Azure. Another team can take the project over without a rewrite. We are also part of a working manufacturing company, not a one-off venture.

Do you only work with manufacturers?

No, but that is where we are most at home, because it is how we work ourselves. Projects for services and trade go just as well — anywhere the work follows a repeatable process and involves too much manual retyping.

Next step

Describe the problem. We will work out the rest.

You do not need to know exactly what you need. One sentence about what eats the most time today is enough.
