01 Who controls your data

The controller of your personal data is EnterAndGo, Czarna 561, 37-125 Czarna, tax ID 8151735181 — “we” from here on. tech.enterandgo.com is part of that business.

For anything concerning personal data, write to hello@enterandgo.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.

02 What we collect

Data reaches us in four situations — and only those four:

• Contact form — your name, email address and message. Providing them is voluntary, but without them we have no way to reply.
• Prodvero beta signup form — your name, email address, company name, type of business, team size and an optional note on how you quote jobs today. We use them only to contact you about the beta.
• Analytics — once you consent, Google Analytics 4 records visit statistics: which sections you read, where you arrived from, approximate location (country, city), device and browser type. We do not join this with anything you type into the form.
• Server logs — our hosting provider automatically records IP address, time and request type. That is standard protection on any server and does not depend on consent.

03 Why, and on what legal basis

• Replying to your message, handling your beta application and preparing a possible quote — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and once we start working together, performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Visit statistics — your consent alone (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
• Site security and abuse prevention — logs, a disposable-address filter and a bot trap in the form. This is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

04 How long we keep it

• Correspondence from the contact and beta forms — in the mailbox for as long as the matter is open, then up to 3 years, the limitation period for typical claims. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
• Analytics data — up to 14 months, per the retention period set in Google Analytics 4.
• Server logs — per our hosting provider’s policy, typically up to 30 days.
• Your cookie banner choice — in your browser’s own storage, until you clear its data.

05 Who processes data for us

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. We do rely on providers without which this site would not work:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting for the site and for the function behind the contact form.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of your message to us and of the confirmation copy back to you.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent) and Google Workspace, where mail sent to hello@enterandgo.com is received.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — when you submit the form we check whether your email domain accepts mail at all. Only the domain itself is sent (e.g. “example.com”), never your full address or your message.

06 Transfers outside the EEA

Some of the providers above are US companies, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. This happens under a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. We will share the details of those safeguards on request sent to hello@enterandgo.com.

07 Cookies and browser storage

Until you consent, this site stores no analytics or marketing files at all. It runs Google Consent Mode v2 with everything denied by default, so the analytics script may load but is not permitted to store anything. Once you consent, these appear:

• _ga — Google Analytics, distinguishes users, expires after 2 years.
• _ga_L4GFB5C86E — Google Analytics, keeps session state, expires after 2 years.
• eag-consent-v1 — not a cookie but an entry in your browser’s local storage. It records only your banner choice and never leaves your device.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. The files themselves can also be cleared in your browser settings.

08 Your rights

In connection with this processing you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete,
• erase your data (the “right to be forgotten”),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of them, an email to hello@enterandgo.com is enough. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

09 What we do not do

• We do not profile you and we make no automated decisions about you.
• We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to data brokers.
• We run no newsletter and no remarketing — the “Marketing” category in the banner is groundwork for the future and today activates nothing.
• We embed no social media widgets that would track you in the background. Links to our profiles are plain links.

10 Changes to this policy

If we add a new tool or the scope of collected data changes, we will update this document along with the date at the top. The version in force is always the one at this address.
