Beta testing — applications open

How much did you really make on your last job?

Prodvero ties the enquiry, the quote, lumber stock and the shop floor into one system. And it works out margin from the cost you actually incurred — not the one you assumed in the quote.

  • Running in production at the company that built it
  • Web portal plus a mobile app for the shop floor
  • SaaS subscription — no server on your side, no rollout project

Sound familiar?

Four things that happen in a manufacturing company every week

None of them is a disaster. Together they eat the profit, and nobody can say where.

The enquiry arrived Friday at 5 pm

It sits in an inbox, on a phone, in Messenger. By Monday nobody knows who was meant to call back, and the customer was asking your competitor too.

The quote is in a spreadsheet, the factor is in someone’s head

Everyone calculates their own way, so the price depends on who happened to be at the computer. Waste and yield go in “by eye”.

The lumber is gone, but where to?

Usage is recorded from memory or on paper. After the job nobody can say how much material really went in, or from which delivery.

The job is done and the profit is a guess

The price was in the quote, the cost happened on the floor. You see the gap a quarter later, or never.

Prodvero closes that loop: what the shop floor actually used goes back into pricing the next quote.

How it works

One path instead of five tools

Each step hands its data to the next. Nothing is retyped, so nothing gets lost on the way.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

A lead from your website, a configurator or a Meta ad lands in the quote queue. It does not disappear into an inbox.

  2. 2

    Quote

The pricing engine works out cost, markup and price. Paste dimensions from an email and the system lays out the line items.

  3. 3

    Offer

A numbered PDF offer, sent from the system. Every change stays in the history.

  4. 4

    Order

One click from the offer. Deadlines, statuses and the schedule keep themselves in check.

  5. 5

    Shop floor

Workers log lumber usage from a specific delivery in the mobile app. Even without signal.

  6. 6

    Settlement

Payments, fixed costs, partner commissions and the real margin of the job — worked out from actual usage.

And a feedback loop at the end: real usage from finished jobs corrects the factors in your next quotes.

The full feature list

Everything Prodvero does today

Eight areas, from the first customer call to profitability analysis. This is the system that runs in production at our company, with no mock-ups and no promises about the future.

01

Enquiries and customers

No lead gets lost

Quote queue
Enquiries from your website form, 3D configurators and Meta Lead Ads land in one queue. Complete ones wait “to quote”, incomplete ones “to complete”.
Dimensions from the enquiry text
Paste an email or message and the system extracts line items and dimensions (with AI help). You only review.
First-contact SLA
Hot lead 2 hours, warm 24, cold 72, counted in working hours with a countdown on the card.
Request missing details
A field is missing? A ready-made message to the customer: email from the system, SMS from your own phone, or the clipboard.
Call planner
The date of the next call for a quoted lead, always on a working day, with overdue ones flagged.
Customer database
Companies and individuals, phone and email validation, tax ID lookup in public registers, linked offers and orders. Paste contact details from an email signature in one move.

02

Pricing and offers

A price that guards the margin

Quick quote
A list of items and a price at once, without creating an offer. Reachable from the navigation bar on a phone too.
Pricing engine: cost → markup → price
Margin is calculated on cost, with support for flat-rate or income tax and VAT. You know what is left before you send the offer.
Yield factor on the cost side
“Real usage 148%” shows a falling margin instead of quietly raising the customer’s price.
Wood calculator
Rectangle, triangle or polygon: volume in m³, price per m³, factor. A separate impregnation calculator: area, coverage, layers, cost.
Waste under control
How much material never reaches the customer, how much goes to firewood and briquettes, and how far you can cut the price without touching profit.
Market prices and currencies
Comparison with market prices, plus the NBP exchange rate for offers in foreign currencies.
PDF offer
MM/YYYY/NNN numbering, language versions, sending by email from the system and a full change history.
Dimension import
Paste the customer’s table of dimensions and get the offer lines ready.
Order data form
You send the customer a link and they fill in billing and delivery details themselves. The data lands in the offer, the customer card and the history.

03

Order fulfilment

Deadlines warn you before they pass

Order from an offer
One click carries over the items, billing data and delivery address. Statuses: accepted, in progress, completed, cancelled.
Schedule and deadline health
Overdue, critical, at risk, on time. The system works out the latest start, estimated finish, slack and progress.
Estimated production time
Calculated from the history of finished jobs in the same category, with extreme cases trimmed out.
Customer notifications
An email when an order changes status, and a history of every message sent.
Attachments and photos
Drawings, PDFs and photos attached to the order, available from a phone as well.
Other costs and export
Extra costs on an order and an Excel export of orders.

04

Stock and material

Lumber accounted for to the cubic metre

Lumber deliveries
Volume in m³, purchase price, species and supplier for each delivery.
Assignment to orders
You assign a delivery, or part of one, to an order and the system keeps the balance.
Usage logging
How many m³ from which delivery went into an order. That is how material cost is worked out at the prices of those exact deliveries.
Overuse block
You cannot log more usage than the lumber still available from a delivery.
Stock components
Assigning components to orders and moving planed lumber.
Suppliers
A supplier database with quick paste of details from an email.

05

Finance and B2B partners

Commission paid on real profit

Order payments
Deposits and payments tied to an order, with a payment progress bar.
Fixed costs
Cost categories and allocation to orders by production days.
B2B partners
A database of partners who bring in orders, with their commission terms.
B2B settlements
Commission calculated on profit after fixed cost and the real material cost. The system shows how complete the calculation is and lets you simulate variants.
Excel export
Financial statements, orders and B2B settlements export to Excel.

06

Analytics

Decisions from numbers, not hunches

Home dashboard
Offers, customers and orders for the current month on one screen.
Profitability
Profit and margin by order and product category, worked out from real cost.
Real usage
From finished jobs the system works out which yield factor really applies and how much of the price is left after material.
Lumber yield
How much finished product the purchased lumber produced, per order and per purchase.
Cash flow and forecast
Cash flows and a forecast for the coming periods.
Capacity and break-even
How far you are from covering fixed costs and your profit target, whether you have spare person-days, and what to swap in the job mix to get more from the same days.
Priority queue
What to do first, by profit per day and deadline. What fits in the month and what rolls over.
Lead sources and Meta Ads
Where enquiries come from, with Meta Ads statistics in the same place.

07

Team and security

Office and shop floor look at the same data

Tasks
Priorities, statuses, categories and deadline reminders.
Messages
Customer correspondence stored in the system rather than scattered across inboxes.
Roles and sign-in
Administrator and user accounts, two-step verification (TOTP). Accounts are created by the administrator.
Company profile and dictionaries
Company details, email signature, product categories, lumber types, component and task categories, all set up for your business.
Command palette
The ⌘K / Ctrl+K shortcut jumps to any page. The interface adapts to computer, tablet and phone.
Polish and English
The whole interface in both languages.

08

Mobile app for the shop floor

The workshop in your pocket, signal or not

Worker’s orders
Assigned orders with attachments, drawings and photos.
Lumber usage
Logging against a specific delivery, with editing and an entry history.
Cutting view
A combined list of dimensions for cutting lumber, with colour marking of pieces already cut.
Schedule, tasks, stats
Order deadlines, tasks and the delivery balance in one place.
Offline mode
Operations are queued and sync when the network returns. The app remembers your sign-in.

What changes

Four things you will see within weeks

You know the margin when the job ends

Not a quarter later. Profit is worked out from lumber that actually went in and fixed costs assigned to the order.

No enquiry gets lost

Every lead has a status, a first-contact deadline and an owner.

Deadlines warn you in advance

You see an at-risk order before it becomes a late one.

Office and shop floor see the same data

What a worker logs on the floor is immediately in quoting and analytics.

SaaS and subscription

A subscription instead of a rollout

Prodvero is not a project you buy once and are left alone with. It is a cloud service that we keep developing together with its users.

01

Cloud, not installation

A portal in the browser, an app on the phone. Your own isolated environment, with no server on your side and no months-long rollout.

02

A steady fee for access

A subscription instead of a one-off invoice for implementation. The cost is predictable and grows with your company.

03

Updates included

New features and fixes ship centrally. You do not buy new versions.

04

Your data within reach

Orders, finance and settlements export to Excel whenever you want.

We will announce plans and pricing after the beta. Testers will hear first, which is why there are no amounts on this page.

Join before we open it to everyone

Prodvero runs in production at our company. Now we are looking for a few businesses that quote and fulfil made-to-order jobs every day and want to try it in their own process. You get access and a say in what we build next.

Questions about Prodvero

Is it a CRM or an ERP?

Neither in the pure sense. It is a production management system for workshops and joineries: it combines what a CRM does (customers, enquiries, offers) with what an ERP does on the production side (orders, lumber stock, costs, settlement, analytics). It has no bookkeeping, HR or payroll, so there is no heavy ERP-style rollout.

What kind of company is Prodvero for?

It was built inside a solid-wood manufacturer, so it speaks that language: m³, yield factor, lumber, waste. It fits joineries, furniture makers and wood-processing plants that quote each project separately best. If you work with another material, say so in the form and we will honestly tell you whether it fits.

How much does it cost?

Prodvero will be sold as SaaS, on subscription. We will announce plans and pricing once the beta ends, and testers will hear first. We do not quote amounts here because we do not want to guess before talking to the first users.

Does it work already, or is it still being built?

It works. Prodvero runs in production at the company that built it, as a web portal and a mobile app. The beta is the first time we open it to other businesses.

Do I have to install anything?

The portal runs in the browser, so nothing goes on your computer or a server. Shop-floor staff get a separate mobile app for iOS and Android.

What about a shop floor with no signal?

The mobile app works offline: lumber usage, tasks and other operations are queued and sync automatically when the network returns. The browser portal needs a connection.

Where is my data, and can I export it?

Every company gets its own isolated environment — a separate project in the Google cloud (Firebase) — so different customers never share a database. Orders, finance and B2B settlements export to Excel. We go through data processing details, including the processing agreement, with testers before the start.

Will Prodvero replace my accounting software?

No. Prodvero collects invoice data and tracks order payments, but it does not issue invoices. Bookkeeping stays where it is today.

We want to talk to every tester in person, so we open new groups one at a time.
